Startup Grind Hargeisa is partnering with HarHub to bring to you an exciting topic on the importance of strategic thinking to the success of startups as well as introduce a new accelerator program for startups.
Strategic thinking involves making a series of decisions about what actions the company intends to take to become more successful. A company often goes through a strategic planning process once a year, creating a document that is, in essence, a guidebook for the management team to use in the upcoming year. Companies should strive to make strategic thinking an ongoing, year-round process. At the heart of strategic thinking is the ability to anticipate major shifts in the competitive marketplace and identify emerging opportunities.
With this in mind, Our Speakers will seek to engage in this exciting special event and discuss creative processes that begins with the business owner having a vision of what he wants the company to achieve over the years ahead that can help startups adapt and make best use of the available opportunities.
After this session, Our Speakers will turn to the motion of a new accelerator program designed to help startups grow through training, mentoring and investment.
ABOUT HARHUB ACCELARATOR FUND
